On October 30, the football world governing body FIFA warned the Tunisian Football Federation (TFF) that their team’s participation at World Cup 2022 could be under threat. The warning was made against the government’s interference within the organization. The letter from Kenny Jean-Marie, FIFA’s director of member associations, said: “failure to comply with these obligations may result in the imposition of penalties under the FIFA laws, including suspension of the relevant association.”
