On Sunday, a man kidnapped and tortured a female sub-inspector who also happens to be a gender crime officer in Muzaffargarh. According to FIR, the suspect tortured and raped the victim and left her in a deserted place. The incident renewed the focus on previews murder cases that happened in the last three months in Pakistan.
