تحریک انصاف کےرہنما فیصل واوڈا کو سینیٹ کی نشست پربحال کردیا گیا اور اس حوالے سے الیکشن کمیشن نے نوٹیفکیشن بھی جاری کردیا ہے۔الیکشن کمیشن کا کہنا ہے کہ فیصل واوڈا کو سپریم کورٹ کےفیصلےکی روشنی میں سینیٹ کی نشست پربحال کیاگیا۔فیصل واوڈا بحالی کےبعد سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کے مطابق سینیٹ کی نشست سے استعفیٰ دے سکیں گے۔
