Members of the EU’s civilian border mission will arrive at the Rafah border crossing on Friday, the bloc’s top diplomat said. “Europe is here to help: the EU’s civilian border mission deploys today to the Rafah Crossing at the request of the Palestinians and the Israelis,” Kaja Kallas said in a post on X. The arrival of the EU team follows the completion of repairs to the crossing between Egypt and Gaza.
