An Israeli air strike has killed 18 people and wounded four others in northern Lebanon, according to the Lebanese Red Cross. The attack hit the northern region of Aitou, in the first Israeli assault on the area since the war began. Lebanese state media also reported the attack, initially placing the death toll at nine.
