Egypt has strongly condemned the continued Israeli bombardment of centres and schools belonging to the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East in the Gaza Strip. The latest attack hit Al Jaouni School in Nuseirat refugee camp, resulting in deaths and injuries, including UNRWA staff. In a statement from its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Egypt described these violations as a serious escalation and a flagrant breach of international law.
