A women’s education activist and Nobel Peace laureate, Malala Yousafzai, called Federal Information Minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain to discuss global concerns over women’s rights in Afghanistan after the Taliban took over Afghanistan. She urged Pakistan to play its role in women’s education in Afghanistan. She said, “I have also written a letter to the Prime Minister of Pakistan regarding Pakistan’s role in educating women in Afghanistan”.
