Qatar’s Foreign Ministry has said it is not involved in efforts to end fighting between Israel and Hezbollah. “There is currently no official mediation process in place to achieve a ceasefire in Lebanon,” a spokesman said on Thursday. “There is an overlap between the issues of Gaza and Lebanon, and while the state of war is the same, the communication tracks are different.
