Despite the drop in temperature, there has been no relief in dengue infections, with Punjab reporting two fatalities and 74 new dengue cases in the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases to 25013 and the death toll to 143. Sixty new cases were reported from Lahore, with two fatalities.

According to health department authorities, four instances of dengue virus were recorded from Rawalpindi, three from Kasur, two from Gujranwala, and one each from Faisalabad, Nankana Sahib, Attock, Hafizabad, and Sialkot.
