Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar called for an end to Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories at an international meeting on the two-state solution. Pakistan reiterated support for an independent Palestinian state based on pre-1967 borders, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital. Dar said Islamabad would continue diplomatic efforts toward Palestinian self-determination and a lasting political settlement.
