Dam breach a ‘consequence’ of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine: UN boss

The United Nations’ Secretary-General Antonio Guterres took a jibe at Russia. He stated that while the world body did not have any independent information on how the Nova Kakhovka dam burst, “one thing is clear, this is another devastating consequence of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.”
