On Tuesday, it was reported that Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial would head the five-member larger bench comprised by the Supreme Court to hear the presidential reference seeking its opinion on Article 63-A of the Constitution. The bench will also include Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel, Justice Munib Akhtar, and Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail.
