As per the reports, civilians and soldiers celebrated in Raqqa governorate after making rapid territorial gains against the Kurdish-led SDF. Residents were seen raising the new Syrian government flag. The Syrian military is also sending reinforcements to Raqqa to hold areas seized during the lightning offensive.
