China lowers global oil prices to 83.52 per barrel, pushing investors to modify their positions ahead of the OPEC Plus meeting on November 4th.
The National Food and Strategic Reserve Administration, according to the British news source “Reuters,” announced on Sunday that China had released safe supplies of petrol and diesel to improve market supply and stabilize prices in some locations. The announcement came after media reports in recent weeks of low diesel supplies and long lines at gas stations in numerous areas.
