The child fatalities in US-Israeli attacks on Iran has reached 193 with the youngest victim being an an eight-month-old girl, Al Jazeera reported citing Iranian government spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani. Mohajerani, as cited by Mehr news agency, further said that 11 healthcare workers have been killed in attacks so far. The government spokesperson noted that 52 healthcare service units, 29 medical facilities, 19 emergency units and 16 ambulances had been attacked along with the destruction of four ambulances and a rescue helicopter
