Moscow: On Sunday, the Belarusian defence ministry let out it had conjured Ukraine’s military diplomat to protest the repeated transgressions of Belarus’ airspace by Ukrainian airplane. “The military attaché was informed that the Ukrainian side is avoiding a dialogue to resolve disputes … which is very worrying,” the ministry said in the notice.
