A bomb explosion in Mastung, Balochistan, killed seven people, including five schoolchildren, and injured 23 others. The attack targeted a police van en route to escort a polio vaccination team. An improvised explosive device attached to a motorcycle near a girls’ school caused the blast. One police officer was among the deceased.
