US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will travel to Britain on Monday, the State Department has said, a week after Britain suspended some arms export licenses with Israel. During the trip, which is set to last until Tuesday, Mr Blinken will open a strategic dialogue, “reaffirming our special relationship”, State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said. He will also meet senior officials for talks on the Indo-Pacific, the AUKUS defense pact, the Middle East, and the war in Ukraine.
