Kabul: On October 5, an explosion hit a mosque in Afghanistan’s capital near the heavily fortified interior ministry compound. According to the interior ministry spokesman Abdul Nafi Takor, the blast killed four people and wounded 25. “The mosque was used by visitors and sometimes by interior ministry employees,” he stated.
