A mother was shocked after being informed of her newborn having “twin” foetus inside her stomach. A foreign news agency reported that the doctors from the ‘Assuta Medical Center’ in Israel examined that the infant’s stomach was larger than the usual size. The doctors did tests on the infant and found a partially developed foetus in its abdomen. They removed the abnormality through surgery. It was a case of ‘Fetus In Fetus’ (FIF) and described as an abnormal foetus getting developed inside the body of the healthy one.
