Islamabad: On Wednesday, The Islamabad High Court (IHC) repealed the objections put up by the registrar’s office to a petition filed by Maryam Nawaz for nullification of the ruling in the Avenfield Apartment reference. The court has directed to fix the case for hearing and adjourned the hearing until October 13.
