Islamabad: On Wednesday, sources reported that Attorney-General for Pakistan (AGP) Ashtar Ausaf Ali had resigned from his post. An anonymous source shared that the AGP had submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. However, he has been asked to continue working till a replacement is appointed.
