At least 57 Palestinians were killed and 137 injured in Israeli attacks on Gaza in the past 24 hours, the enclave’s Health Ministry said on Monday. The number of deaths since Israel resumed strikes on March 18 has reached 1,391, the ministry said, adding that the death toll since October 7, 2023 has risen to 50,752, with 115,475 injured, it added.
