The State Emergency Service of Ukraine stated that at least 11 people were killed and 64 others wounded by Russia’s missile attacks across Ukraine on Monday. The agency said that four regions had also been left with no electricity following the attacks – Lviv, Poltava, Sumy, and Ternopil. Moreover, It added that the electricity supply had been partially disrupted in other parts of the country.
