Armenia allocated 10 billion drams ($25.6m) to provide assistance to the more than 60,000 ethnic Armenians who arrived in the country after Baku seized control of Nagorno-Karabakh last week. The allocation, part of the 2024 budget, was approved on Thursday, the government said in a statement, adding that the sum would be increased if necessary.
