Iranian FM Araghchi arrived in Oman’s capital, Muscat, with the visit part of ongoing consultations between Tehran and Muscat pertaining to the arrangements for passage through the Strait of Hormuz. Consultations between the two countries have been going on for the past two months. Iranian officials have been reiterating that they have a sovereign right to manage the Strait of Hormuz in order to keep it safe and secure.
