US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is due in Saudi Arabia today as part of a regional tour aimed at bringing a halt to the war in Gaza. Mr Blinken’s focus is on securing the “release of all remaining hostages” from Gaza as well as pushing for a “humanitarian pause” that will allow more aid to reach Palestinians, State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said. It is his fifth regional tour since the war broke out in October.
