Twenty ambulances entered Gaza through Egypt’s Rafah border crossing to gather more wounded Palestinians for treatment in Egyptian hospitals, a Red Crescent officer stated. An Egyptian Health Ministry official at Rafah said that 60 wounded Palestinians would be allowed into Egypt. The Rafah crossing was opened on Wednesday to receive wounded Palestinians and foreign nationals trapped inside Gaza.
