Almost 1.9 million people, or over 80 percent of the population, have been displaced across Gaza since October 7, the UN Agency for Palestinian refugees or UNRWA has said in a statement. As of December 2, 111 UNRWA staffers have been killed since the beginning of Israeli war on the Palestinian enclave, it added.
