Monica Grayley, a spokeswoman for the assembly’s president, has reported that the Taliban govt had withdrawn its participation from United Nations General Assembly’s debate. Early on Monday, Ghulam Isaczai, who happened to be a representative of the former Afghan govt, was taken off the list of speakers.
