Kabul: On Oct 21, Hazaras have long been discriminated against in Afghanistan from various factors. Recently, there were bomb blasts in the last two weeks during Juma prayers. Both incidents were claimed by Islamic State (ISIS) and targeted the minority Shi’ite sect, killing more than 100 people.
