‘A fight over governance, over who should rule’: Khamenei’s IRGC representative

Ayatollah Khamenei’s representative in Iran’s IRGC says the “enemy’s main goal is to surrender the Islamic Republic”, Iranian state news agency IRNA reported. “The enemy wants to subjugate the Islamic Republic, and none of the missile and nuclear issues are the main goal,” Abdullah Haji Sadeghi said. “The goal is for Iran to obey America’s orders. This is a fight over governance, a fight over who should rule: God or the tyrant,” the report said.
