On Wednesday, NCA expressed concern that the massive increase in destabilizing arms is alarming and Pakistan would do its utmost to bring peace and stability in its neighborhood without embarking into the arms race. PM Khan, chairman of NCA, chaired the meeting at Strategic Plans Division headquarters and showed complete confidence in the command and control system.
