COVID-19 claimed the lives of another 42 individuals in Pakistan on Thursday morning, the biggest daily death toll in nearly four months since the country reported 46 dead on October 7, according to data from the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC).

The new deaths brought the total number of people killed in the country to 29,372. Furthermore, it is estimated that 1,590 coronavirus patients are in critical condition.
