Washington: It was reported that a U.S. District judge on Tuesday rejected a request by former President Donald Trump to keep his tax returns from a House of Representatives committee. He ruled that Congress’ legislative interest surpassed any loyalty should not be given to Trump as a former president. He also told in his ruling that Trump was “wrong on the law” in attempting to thwart the House Ways and Means Committee from retrieving his tax returns.
