COTONOU: It emerged on Thursday that two people were slain and several injured when the militants ambushed an army standpoint in northern Benin on Wednesday night, the army reported. Army Chief Colonel Fructueux Gbaguidi told that this was the second attack in Benin by the militants this week as they attacked an army patrol on Tuesday.
