Beijing: President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech on Thursday via a video at the inaugural ceremony of the fourth China International Import Expo and the Hongqiao International Economic Forum. He said that China would remain relentless to expand high-level opening-up, share development opportunities with the world and bring about economic globalization.
