SAN FRANCISCO: Anthropic warned that AI systems are becoming increasingly capable of contributing to their own development, raising concerns over human control. The company said its Claude chatbot now handles more than a quarter of its R&D work and collaborates with employees on over 90pc of tasks. CEO Dario Amodei has urged slower AI development amid growing safety concerns.
