NGO calls for end of Israeli attacks on Lebanon

The Norwegian Refugee Council has demanded an immediate end to Israeli bombardment and urged all “parties to fully comply with international law”. “For many families in southern Lebanon, returning home is still far from possible,” said Maureen Philippon, its country director in Lebanon. “After months of repeated displacement and destruction, families should not have to keep wondering where they will be safe.”
