The HSSC-II pass rate reached 85.95%, while HSSC-I stood at 65.31%. In Pre-Medical, Ammara Azhar of Army Public School Rawalpindi claimed first position with 1,079 marks, followed by Muhammad Jahanzaib and Syeda Iman Fatima.
