The Palestinian National Liberation Movement, or Fatah, has condemned the forced displacement of UNRWA’s Qalandiya vocational facilities in the neighbourhood of Kafr Aqab on the northern edge of occupied East Jerusalem. “Targeting UNRWA is a direct attack on the Palestinian refugee issue and a blatant attempt to undermine one of the most important international organisations,” said a statement by the party, which is led by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.
