On Friday, it emerged by Russian news agencies that Moscow would hold a dialogue about Afghanistan’s situation and would host US, Pakistan, and China. “Will try to work out a common position on the changing situation in Afghanistan,” said Zamir Kabulov, Kremlin’s ambassador.
