At least 45,227 Palestinians have been killed and 107,573 wounded in Israel’s war on Gaza since October 7, 2023, the enclave’s Health Ministry said on Saturday. The latest toll includes 21 killed and 61 injured in the 24-hour reporting period, the ministry added.
