Chinese President Xi Jinping said that his country was a “force for global peace” and that it has played “constructive roles” in efforts to end the wars in Gaza and Ukraine. China has for decades advocated a two-state solution to the Israel-Palestinian crisis. Mr Xi also called for greater co-operation between China and developing countries.
