Israeli artillery has targeted Kafr Kila in southern Lebanon, the Lebanese National News Agency reported on Sunday. Cross-border strikes between Hezbollah and the Israeli military have escalated this week after Israel killed a Hezbollah commander on Tuesday. The strikes have sparked bush fires across northern Israel and southern Lebanon and stoked fears that escalation could explode into a wider regional war.
