All entrances to Ramallah in the occupied West Bank have been closed by the Israeli army following a shooting near an Israeli settlement, according to Palestinian media. A 30-year-old man was killed near the Israeli settlement of Ofra, north of Ramallah, Israel’s ambulance service said. Violence was reported across the West Bank on Sunday morning, with the Israeli army raiding the city of Jenin.
