The Gaza Health Ministry said that the Israeli army used bulldozers during its military operation at Al Shifa Hospital. Israel claims that the hospital sits above a command centre used by Hamas militants. Hamas and health officials deny this. “Israeli bulldozers destroyed parts of the southern entrance” to the hospital, the ministry said.
