Ukrainian President Zelenskyy told UK parliamentarians in a showpiece address that Russia would be defeated in the war. He added that the world needed “Ukrainian bravery” to persevere. “I have come here and stand before you on behalf of the brave,” he said, paying tribute to Ukraine’s military. “I thank you for your bravery … London has stood with Kyiv since day one,” he added.
