Ukraine and Russia accuse each other of destroying the Nova Kakhovka dam in the Russian-controlled part of the Kherson region. Ukraine’s military administration told people to be ready to evacuate from several villages on the right bank of the Dnipro River due to a high risk of flooding. Meanwhile, the Russian-installed administration in the region planned evacuations from three Kremlin-controlled districts near the dam.
