Tropical storms caused devastation in Southern Phillipines. The town of Datu Blah Sinsuat on Mindanao island is the most affected, where rain-triggered landslides and flooding left more than 10 people dead. While landslides and floods have killed 13 people due to heavy rains, a disaster official said.
